Keeping Track

Over the past few days I have been trying to keep track of what I eat by keeping a food journal. It's one of the tasks I'd be asking my clients (as a personal trainer) so I can monitor what they are eating. I'm personally trying to find the key reason for my lack of definition. Whether it may be genes or diet, at least this way I will find out.

I am just sharing with you what I have been up too and perhaps giving you an idea of how to keep track of your eating habits. Give it a try!
